Jack started his career as a real estate investor before transitioning to become a helicopter engineer which led him to travel to over 100 countries.
With his spare time being spent going in search of completing the worlds toughest endurance races, competing ultramarathons, cycling across countries, ironman’s, sailing seas and swimming marathons. Jack has competed some of the harshest and longest races in the world in over 15 sports.
While perusing his endurance races, He’s now transitioned into a career closer to his heart assisting athletes from complete beginners to international level with nutrition, S&C and rehabilitation​.

Jack has been racing and training in some capacity for over two decades now, in a magnitude of different sports. Nowadays, he’s on a pursuit to find and finish the world's toughest endurance races. Here are some of his career best results and latest challenges.
Road Cycling
I’ve had a passion for road cycling since my early days in the British Cycling Youth Academy, with one of my proudest achievements being competing in the U18 Tour De France. More recently I have taken to the longer races, taking on the Round Norfolk Epic, a 200-mile road race.
Mountain biking
My mountain biking journey started with racing the Nutcracker MTB series as a youth and eventually training with the British Cycling Academy. After that I moved into coaching becoming a British Cycling coach and mountain bike instructor, and riding every major trail centre in the UK in the process. Recently, I have taken to longer races and challenges, doing the TORQ3-6-9, a demanding 9-hour race focused on completing as many laps of a 6.5km loop as possible. I’m now also embarkingon a personal quest to ride the highest bridleways in the UK after successfully summiting Snowdon, Helvellyn, and Cadar Idris.
Rock Climbing
As a rock climbing instructor, I’ve had the privilege of scaling some of the most iconic and challenging rocks in the world. One of my proudest achievements was completing the Peak District Classic Rock Challenge and climbing the famous Cima Grande, one of the most renowned and impressive rock formations in the world. My climbing adventures have taken me to hotspots around the globe, including the Dolomites, Glencoe, Snowdonia, the Bavarian Alps, the Peak District, and Austria, where I continue to push my limits.
Hyrox & CrossFit
Although more of an endurance athlete, most of my training consists of CrossFit style workouts and I have future plans to compete. My journey so far has included competing as a pro at Hyrox Rimini in Italy and being involved in the British Army Warrior Fitness (BAWF) events - the British Army’s version of CrossFit.
Running
Running has been a lifelong passion of mine, taking me from early success as the U16 county cross country and 1500m champion to nowadays completing ultramarathons. My most notable accomplishments is completing the Race to the King 100km ultramarathon, and the Welsh 3000’s, where I summited all the peaks in Wales over 3000ft within 12 hours. Yorkshire Three Peaks.
Triathlon
Triathlon has been a central part of my athletic journey, starting from my early days in the British Triathlon Academy as a youth. Over the years, I’ve completed more than 50 triathlons, including Xterra races and Ironman events. A highlight of my career was placing 4th in my age group at the British Championships. Now, as a certified British Triathlon Coach, I’m passionate about helping others achieve their own goals from novice to experienced competitors.
Military
I’ve completing multiple military arduous courses and participated in the Special Forces Fan Dance Race, an iconic event that takes place on Pen y Fan and have transferred into the prestigious Royal Army Physical Training Corps (RAPTC), where I now specialize in developing and leading physical training programs, helping soldiers achieve peak performance and readiness.
Mountaineering
My mountaineering journey has taken me to some of the most iconic peaks in the world on many different continents. I've successfully summited notable mountains such as Toubkal, Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Grossglockner, Gran Paradiso, and Aconcagua, Alongside my climbs, I have also earned the Summer Mountain Leader qualification,
Caving
My caving adventures have taken me all over the UK, with Alum Pot in Yorkshire being one of the standout experiences. Known as one of the deepest caverns in the region, Alum Pot offers a dramatic and challenging descent. I also hold a Single Rope Technique (SRT) qualification, which has equipped me with the skills needed for vertical cave exploration.
